We had a wonderful experience with the natural sapphire company. The site is very easy to navigate and there is a large selection of stones and pieces to select from. We chose to create a custom piece and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The artist rendering of the piece prior to purchase was...

With Lauren’s help I was able to acquire the perfect pendant ruby necklace for my wife on our 5th anniversary. The Natural Sapphire Company never disappoints with options and the ability to design exactly what is in your mind (I also designed my wife’s ruby engagement ring here too). Working with Lauren was phenomenal and...

I purchased a beautiful, unique sea green sapphire framed by a couple of small diamonds in May. Naturally, I wanted to make sure everything was just right before committing to purchase. Erika assisted me fantastically every step of the way and was a patient, calming presence as we exchanged emails. Erika provided really useful computer...

We had an incredible experience purchasing an engagement ring. Lauren was very patient in explaining the nuances of sapphires, and we were able to easily schedule multiple appointments to view a range of stones. That aside, the website offers such incredibly detailed photos and videos that I would have felt comfortable ordering through it after...

We had the pleasure of working with Lauren and Caitlyn to design my custom engagement ring and wedding band and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The option to design my own ring with a stone I picked, and they send you...
