I purchased a beautiful, unique sea green sapphire framed by a couple of small diamonds in May. Naturally, I wanted to make sure everything was just right before committing to purchase. Erika assisted me fantastically every step of the way and was a patient, calming presence as we exchanged emails. Erika provided really useful computer generated images of the ring design as well as kindly sharing a more casual phone photo and video of the sapphire in a natural light. As I was unable to totally appreciate the scale of the ring and design in these images, Erika sent over a wax model in advance, which greatly helped me in my decision making. Having given the ring to my fiancé, we both couldn’t be more happy with how the design turned out! Classy, unique and stunning!
