I searched for a very long time for jewelers and gemstone dealers that suited my needs, and The Natural Sapphire company was by far the best! many sites I looked at were a bit sketchy and it was hard to tell if the gemstones were legitimate. That’s why TNSC was such a great find. They’re stones are all appraised (and the appraisal is accredited- meaning it’s accepted by insurance), and their reps will answer any questions or take any photos or videos you need. Our guy Sam was so incredibly helpful from the get go and helped my partner and I choose some gorgeous sapphires. He worked with us for weeks as we picked some and while they were gorgeous I decided I wanted a different color for my skin tone. I returned the stones and Sam made the process so simple to pick out new ones and have my debit card credited for the return. We ended up choosing two 1.5 and 1.7 CT natural green and blue sapphires and absolutely love them. I constantly stare at them and feel totally dazzled by their beauty and get tons of compliments from my friends. The stones were exactly as they appeared on the site, and maybe even more brilliant/dynamic than I could have imagined. Again, a huge thanks to Sam. He gave us such a good experience and The Natural Sapphire Company is so lucky to have him as a representative.
