The website is ideally designed to facilitate informed decision-making, with lots of options clearly laid out for ease of navigation and comparison. The illustrations of the sapphire and setting I ultimately chose to celebrate my engagement with my sweetheart were stunning, especially the 360 degree view. But what made this experience one I’ll never forget was the customer service provided by Lauren Kelly-Nelson. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got the ring I wanted at the price point that was ideal for me. We chatted online about the details, and again once the ring was sized and delivered, and by the time we were done it was as if I was working with a family friend of long-standing.
