Katherine was amazing at helping me find the perfect engagement ring. She promptly answered every question I had and assisted me throughout the buying process. Although we have been exchanging e-mails for months, she never pressured me to buy the ring until I was ready.

The Natural Sapphire Company is also able to generate 3D models of the gem & band combination that you are planning to purchase. Katherine assisted me in getting this done and she sent me the 3D model right away. She even offered to send me the gem itself with a mockup model of the band so I could see how it looked like up close (with a deposit amounting to the gem’s value of course), but I didn’t avail of that option.

The ring itself is beautiful and my fiancée loves it so much! Documents pertaining to the authenticity, appraisal, care, and further information on the ring are also included on the package.
