Out experience with The Nature Sapphire Company could not have been better. Lauren was very helpful and communication was excellent. I had only narrow windows to stop in to their office while traveling. Each time I stopped in—to select the stone and setting, to pick up the ring, and to get a size adjustment (it was an engagement ring and I was guessing the size initially)—Lauren was flexible about when we met and worked with my shifting schedule. The stone and craftsmanship of the ring is superb and the documents are clear and polished. Indeed, the whole presentation (box and such) is satisfyingly polished. We intend to get our wedding rings working with Lauren.
