I love that you can pick and design your own rings. I had read a review that they had a verification protocol to make sure you were who you said you were, but that was fine and very discretely done. Katherine Hoyt was lovely to work with and kept an eye on the whole process to make sure it was being designed, checked for quality at end and notified ready to ship and then checked to make sure we got it. They were trustworthy and reliable. The ring is beautiful! Thank you!
