This review is way long overdue and it’s long… but I swear it’s worth it. My story started several months ago when I saw a stone on the Natural Sapphire website on Valentines weekend of 2021. I had been wanting a Montana Sapphire Engagement Ring and finally won over my other half to oblige.
We were fortunate to find the stone on sale during Valentine’s Day weekend (Kismet, no?) and we were able to have the stone held while we started on the process of perfecting a band and setting for the stone with the amazing and wonderful Lauren.
Let me tell you, Lauren was patient with my fiancée and I while we were figuring out this whole online shopping experience. And this being a major purchase for an emotional and life changing event, all the while designing my engagement ring online with someone I had never met, could be at times a bit nerve wracking but Lauren made sure we were comfortable and kept us apprised all the way.
Prior to reaching out to the Natural Sapphire Company I did my homework and read the online reviews of multiple sources before we even got started. Being my first time ordering a ring online and one this priceless (like this is an engagement ring! You know what I mean?! LOL). I know it was important that the experience be one that was memorable not only the end result which was a stunning ring but the process of designing and communicating my thoughts and having something take that and make it into what I am wearing now. And let me tell you we made the right choice!
Might I add Lauren was never pushy or salesy and was completely present through our questions and took the time to understand my wants in the ultimate engagement ring. You can tell she truly is looking to create a ring with you that is perfect and what you want, and it shows. I recommend anyone looking for a Sapphire Ring to reach out to her because she was and is simply the best! She understood that this process may take some time and no matter how many renderings or tweaks to the ring, she was wonderful and professional, patient and caring.
And the seamlessness of it all while having a bespoke piece of jewelry being created is something you cannot describe. I ordered the wax settings and received my packages by FedEx and think it was great to have this option. It allows to really see how the ring would look like on your hand when it finally arrives in a few weeks. I recommend getting waxes created to really get an idea of what the ring will look like on your hand, you won’t get an idea of the sparkle or color but you will get an idea of how big the stones are and an idea of what exciting things are coming your way.
In the end we ended up with 3 rings. 2 eternity bands and the engagement ring. To say that this ring is beyond gorgeous and is one of a kind would be an understatement. Apparently, this ring was and is a color changing Montana Sapphire. This ring has more moods than I do! Lol. It runs the gamut on colors: Blue, Teal, Steel Blue, Peacock Green, Electric Blue, Purple, Green, Grey and I’m sure there are other colors it turns but I just haven’t listed them. Which makes this ring and stone even more unique is the range of colors it changes throughout the day. I find myself mesmerized with it depending on the lighting. It’s like a grown up version of a mood ring. And it definitely checks all the boxes when it comes to something that is truly one of a kind. They say color changing Sapphires are more rare than Diamonds and the size and quality of this Sapphire make it even more.
Even the packaging is amazing! When you open the boxes you feel how much time they took when designing the right box for the ring and it comes with lots of paperwork so it makes it easy to get your ring insured.
In the end, I have 2 beautiful princess eternity rings with a total of 66 diamonds that fit beautifully under my main engagement ring (Lauren ensured it would all fit as it was my fiancées concern and she took the extra time to make sure it was all perfect! ).
My engagement ring is stunning with my Montana Sapphire flanked by 2 Trillion side Diamonds that catches the eye of anyone who sees it, makes me squeal with glee every morning and throughout the day to be honest. I am so lucky to have had Lauren help us through this ring design and purchase.
And I am lucky to have this gorgeous ring on my hand and lucky to have my other half who let me design and choose it. I am truly blessed!
