I had a truly fantastic experience buying from The Natural Sapphire Company; I don’t usually leave long reviews but Lauren and team really went the extra mile for me and I’d like to say a huge thank you to them for all their time and effort; by far the best customer service I’ve received anywhere!

When buying a gemstone you really need to have full confidence in the people you’re buying from; my search for the ‘perfect’ sapphire engagement ring spanned 3 countries (The U.S., Canada and the U.K.), it took me 9 months and I learned a huge amount in the process; after all my research I can say with confidence that The Natural Sapphire Company are selling great stones at a very fair price. The differentiator for me was that you know exactly what you’re buying; the 3D images and high resolution photos on the website are excellent and after seeing a number of the stones for sale in person I understand that their images are incredibly accurate and designed to give a true and fair representation of the stone you’re buying (no enhanced images or intense lighting to make the sapphires look ‘better’ than they really are).

I came across The Natural Sapphire Company online and made an appointment to meet Lauren at the company’s offices in NYC and view a selection of stones in person several
months before I finally purchased the ring. When I arrived Lauren had set out the stones I’d asked to see and a selection of others around the same size/colour/carat for comparison. Following my visit Lauren shared additional photos of a number of stones via email to help me choose the right one.

I already had a design for the ring in mind so
I went for a custom setting. After sharing a few images of what I was looking for the team created CGI images of a finished ring; these were great as it allowed me to make some small tweaks to the design. Even down to the selection of the diamonds for the setting, Lauren shared the options and a detailed breakdown of the cost. Shipping was fast and trouble free, communication was clear and swift throughout the whole process; I suspect I was pretty demanding as customers go, but I really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thanks again Lauren and team for all your help!
