My original sapphire wedding ring was stolen and I wanted to replace it with another sapphire. I researched for quite awhile before deciding to work with this company. Katherine responded very quickly to finding me a couple of sapphires that met my criteria. She sent lots of pictures and videos. I was torn between two and Katherine discussed the merits of each and helped me choose one. I found the 3D renderings to be extremely helpful when choosing a setting. I’m glad we had that done as we did not go with the first setting we chose. We had a second rendering done with a different setting that suited the stone better. The sizing template was spot on. The packaging is substantial and secure. The ring turned out beautifully. I’m very happy with my vintage style ring and would definitely recommend this company and Katherine.
