I recently purchased Blue Sapphire Ring – J4896 that has simply exceeded my expectations. I did a significant amount of research prior to purchasing this piece online, and my Customer Service Representative – Amanda – worked closely with me to ensure that the center stone was of the color and quality I desired. The production process went quickly and smoothly, and I continue to get compliments on this eye-catcher. It came packaged very nicely and the certificate of authenticity/binder made it easy to add to my home owner’s policy – no insurance appraisal needed. 

NSC’s return/inspection policy made my purchasing decision that much easier and, while I ended up going with a “stock” item, I did develop a lovely ring with their custom ring designer that was equally gorgeous. Now that I trust them, I would definitely consider purchasing a custom piece from them as well.
