We had a great experience with the natural ruby company. Before our appointment we had some additional stones we wanted to see and they accommodated us quite easily. We picked and purchased our stone within the next week and they saved it for us so we had time to think about it. Charlotte was very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions or concerns and she was quick to respond. We got our ruby within a few days of order and it is beautiful. Thank you!
