Very good communication! Excellent service from Neli! I am so so so happy so the how the process is going so far the shipping came fast and the wax mold design helped with making our decision in a band. This process has been so smooth especially since I don’t have a lot of time off work to visit the store in person and live several states away. I can’t wait for the final product!
