Katherine was fantastic in this entire process designing my fiancée’s engagement ring. We chose a sapphire for the primary stone and we set up an appointment at the showroom. We looked at 6 different stones in the desired size and my fiancée picked her favorite. From there we worked Katherine and the design team to create the perfect ring. It’s so nice to see the design before they create it. We customized the ring and even the band which will match it and sit flush against the engagement ring. The ring was created in about a month and ready for shipping. I worked with Katherine to ensure I would be home a few days later for the overnight shipping of it. The ring turned out perfect.
