I had an amazing experience working with the staff here at The Natural Ruby Company! It was a pleasure working with Amrita through the whole process of making a ruby engagement ring for my fiancé, from deciding on a stone to choosing and creating a custom design to the setting. Even during days when Amrita was out of the office, she still responded to emails and would refer me to another team member if needed, which I really appreciated. I never once felt like I was ignored or overlooked. The ring turned out beautifully, and when we decided to get it resized and engraved, they were quick to help us through that process as well. The website was also very informative and easy to navigate, and I learned a lot about rubies. Overall had a great experience working with the staff at this company, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for fine jewelry!
