Ashley (customer service rep) did a fantastic job helping me through the process of choosing & buying a very important gift, a ruby necklace. Always professional, prompt and provided timely reminders too. The necklace was perfect, I can’t be happier. The website was extremely easy to use and provided a lot of good, well organized information.
