The necklace arrived in 2 days from NY to OK with expedited shipping. Communication following my purchase was exemplary. An email sent after the order was placed by me to The Natural Emerald Company received a prompt reply. The shipping packaging was more than sufficient to protect the necklace during transport, and it arrived damage-free. The presentation packaging was commiserate of the value of the product purchased. The necklace received was a match to the one viewed online and was free of any damage. All emeralds were secured within a full bezel. The necklace is beautiful. I would purchase from The Natural Emerald Company again.

Best Wishes,
Paul Constable
