I was looking for an emerald to replace the one that fell out of my engagement ring. I went to some of the shops on Diamond Way where the ring was originally purchased 36 years ago. We encountered a mix of professionalism but expensive to what appeared to be very dodgy operators. I chanced upon The Natural Emerald Company on line and was so happy to have done so. Charlotte clearly knew her stuff and helped us patiently until we found just the emerald we were looking for. The emerald was good quality and was reasonably priced too compared to some that we were quoted . We were very happy with the service from Charlotte and the Jeweller. Would recommend.
