I can’t say enough good things about Lauren. She is a consummate saleswoman. Friendly, professional, intelligent, responsive, helpful, gives excellent advice, amenable and simply excellent in every capacity.

I am extremely please with my purchase and I am a relatively experience buyer of jewelry. I actually first purchased an emerald from Tiffany before finding Lauren. I returned the purchase to Tiffany and couldn’t be happier with what I have received from Natural Emeralds – a higher quality emerald that is both larger and a better value than what Tiffany sold me.

Part way through the purchase, I found an emerald I liked even better and Natural Emeralds (via Lauren) was more than happy to make the switch and finished the specific setting I wanted in barely any extra time.
