Had a great experience with this company from navigating the website and picking a sapphire to even getting mock ups of the final product. Lauren was great to work with, very responsive to my questions and able to provide additional videos of the sapphire I was interested in as I live on the West Coast. The final product was exactly what I was looking for and turned out beautifully, my wife was very happy with her Christmas gift! Would definitely recommend this company to others.
