Every part of my experience with Natural Sapphire Co. was smooth and easy. I was able to select a beautiful custom band and a jewel that fit the setting. Lauren helped me throughout the process, helping me through the payment process, sending me mockups of the custom jewelry and taking the time to email me videos of the finished ring before shipping. The engagement ring came out beautiful and my fiancée loves it. I am grateful to Lauren and all the other people that helped me with this special purchase.
