The Natural Sapphire Company site is very easy to use and there are so many beautiful options. They made it super easy to get the perfect ring from start to finish. I am very happy either way my ring. Additionally, the customer service was top notch, during and after. My ring was a bit loose; Katherine, in Client Services, worked with me and walked me through sending it bag and getting it resized. It was super easy and fast; and not extra charge.
