Couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Katherine at The Natural Emerald Company! At the start of the process, we sent her a list of our favorite stones and she picked 15 of the highest quality ones to show to us in person. Katherine was extremely professional, let us take our time, and was extremely responsive over mail afterwards. One of my favorite services they offered was providing 3D renderings of the rings which really helped us come to our final decision on the stone and setting. I truly believe that no other showroom can match the combination of size, quality, and price that the Natural Emerald Company offers. It took them around 1 month to make the ring and when I picked it up I was blown away. It looks absolutely gorgeous. Best of all, my fiancée adores the ring!
