I wanted a padparadscha sapphire as I had lost the stone out of my wedding ring. I was working with the jewelry company of my insurance company but it was hard to see the color. I didn’t find them overly helpful either. As a last ditch effort I tried online. I was nervous, but when I went to my local jeweler that I love they also stated this was a reputable company. I’m thrilled with my stone and when it’s ready I’ll update with pictures.
