Amazing experience! I dealt with Neli for months, back and forth, asking for daylight pictures, changing my mind, cancelling orders due to me not being sure, and the entire time Neli was so patient and kind. Not pushy, no sales tactics, no email spamming to get you to buy their product… just perfect service all around, and the gem is exactly as shown in the picture and absolutely amazing. I showed it to a local jeweler and she said there is no way she could get me that gem for the same price. Express shipping was almost next day, very fast. Only downside is they use Fedex, and there is no worse delivery company than Fedex, in ny opinion. But I can’t recommend this company enough. I’ll be back if I ever need more gems, for sure!
