I initially picked out my dream stone to create a ring out of. Marie was super helpful in showing me the different options and renderings of each one. Unfortunately, my stone was broken in the process of setting it. I was SUPER disappointed. Marie sent me other options but none were similar. I asked if a refund was an option and she told me she had to check which I thought was odd. How can I be forced to buy something I don’t want?? She did respond a few days later that a refund was possible. I looked myself and was able to find another I liked and was told I would get a 10% discount. I do love the ring but definitely not as much as the first stone. Also, I didn’t realize it at first but the 10% discount was only for the stone not the entire ring which was also disappointing. Overall, I would buy jewelry or a stone from them again though. Packaging was amazing. Marie was very patient and helpful. And I love the idea of making something unique.
