Absolutely incredible experience with these folks. Katherine was a pleasure to work with and really cared about not just our experience but also our own situation in which we were trying to self source stones for a ring for my wife. It was nice to work with someone that cared about your piece just like you did. Also, the delivery packaging is way nicer than I anticipated and I would absolutely order from these folks again.
