I ordered a beautiful pair of emerald earrings, set in 18K yellow gold and they were as beautiful in person, as advertised online. I was very impressed with how accurate the online description/depiction of the stones and the setting was compared with the physical earrings. I was also impressed with the documentation and appraisal that came with the earrings.

Neli was the Sales Associate that handled my order, and she exceeded my expectations by frequently checking in and updating me with emails along the way.
