Very satisfied with my experience. I was able to go inside the facility in December 2019 to see stones in person (with the COVID situation I’m not sure how this has changed). The staff were fully accommodating and helped out with various design and setting ideas. I planned to purchase around March but then COVID pushed my purchase back to July 2019. Despite this setback, they were prompt in responses, returning renderings, and final production. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. I recommend them to anyone.
