I am a jewelry designer and have had multiple wonderful experiences sourcing sapphires for my pieces with The Natural Sapphire company. Both Charlotte and Amrita were responsive and patient and easily able to accommodate my very specific requirements of size, cut, and color for my custom pieces. They have a huge selection and love that you can pre-select stones online that can be pulled for you to view in person. Really great in the interest of time, and the online system and photo/video technology they use gives you a very good idea of what the stone will actually be like. So much so I would be comfortable ordering sight unseen, and they have an awesome exchange program if it weren’t right (I haven’t had to take advantage of that but nice to know). The building and showroom/office is lovely and I feel fancy and pampered visiting there. The stones I have purchased look amazing in my pieces and I look forward to working with them again soon!
