Working with Lauren was truly a wonderful experience. She clearly explained the process of how the products are made and the time-line required for custom pieces. She advised me on the differences between white gold and platinum and helped me choose the appropriate precious metal. Once my order was placed I received periodic updates on the progress of my purchase. When I had questions about the delivery process, Lauren promptly responded and assured me that a signature would be required and that the package would not be left at the front door for the porch pirates to take.
The final products were delivered on time and in time for Christmas. The packaging was very professional including all of the documentation and gemology reports. The box containing my purchase was a work of art itself.. and the product was exquisite and well received
