While hesitant to use a jewelry store in another state and not get to meet the people or see the ring styles in person before purchasing, Lauren quickly set my mind at ease. She was extremely helpful, patient, and took my concerns and priorities into account. There was never any feeling of pressure or rush, as I worked through multiple designs and stone options. I loved the ability to see the actual sapphire on the website and when they hold it up in the short videos is an added bonus. I felt like this was a very informed purchased and received a great quality product for a fair price. Shipping was fast and the ring came well packaged in a substantial metal box/holder with an elegant envelope with all the information about the stone and ring.
