My experience with the NSC was awesome! Charlotte answered all my questions quickly and was very patient with me. The sapphire I ended up getting is perfect but Charlotte had a few others to compare to it to. She was very helpful before, during, and after our in person meeting. She explained everything perfectly and even taught me a few things. I love the 14 day inspection period before they actually charge your card. I had 2 sapphires shipped to my house to compare. The boxes the sapphires come in are nice as well. I could not have asked for a smoother process!
