I am thoroughly impressed with the Natural Sapphire Company and their excellent customer service. Marie was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend viewing the sapphire in person and ordering a wax replica before making your purchase. I made the mistake of not doing either, and I was not happy with the color or setting of the first ring. The colors are not entirely accurate online, however it is very difficult to capture accurate color via photo/video. Seeing in person is a must if you are particular about color like myself. But in the end, Marie helped me find my perfect sapphire and I cannot be happier. She was great to work with. Thank you, Marie!
