We had an incredible experience purchasing an engagement ring. Lauren was very patient in explaining the nuances of sapphires, and we were able to easily schedule multiple appointments to view a range of stones. That aside, the website offers such incredibly detailed photos and videos that I would have felt comfortable ordering through it after seeing the comparison to the stones in person. I would happily order from them again in the future!
