Great help with a stone that needed to be replace. We had had the ring for 6 years from TNS co. We had never had the main stone claws checked . Well long story short the original stone was lost. Via the use of the companies stone selection app we were able to get a stone almost the same size ,quality etc.
The stone was reset within a week.
Neli was very helpful and we are very happy.
Oh and make sure you insure your ring if lost ‘outside of your’ house. We didn’t know we had to do that and as such we were not able to claim( as it wasn’t stolen) …insurance companies …only been with the same company for 30 years. Fancy that.
