Great experience overall. Easy to pick a stone and setting with the 3D high resolution renderings and design process. Lauren was excellent, and always responded quickly to questions. I designed a sapphire ring and it shipped sooner than expected (was to my door in about 2 weeks). Overall, makes buying jewelry online painless.
