Completely satisfied with two custom platinum rings designed for bicolor sapphires with accent diamonds. The sapphires are exactly as depicted on the website, which I was hesitant about for white and blue bicolored stones. The images and videos were accurate to color, clarity, cut, and brilliance. There is windowing in the cuts which was clearly shown online, as were the inclusions, so zero surprises or minimizing of potential flaws in the stones. I worked with Charlotte designing the ring, she was very responsive and accommodating to changes in the design even after the initial order was placed. The rings are even more beautiful than the rendering. Fully confident in ordering again.
