I came to NSC to purchase a stone for my wedding ring. I found a stone that I liked online and (easily) scheduled an appointment with Erika to see that stone and some other stones at the store. While I only intended to buy a stone, I ended up having it set in a custom-designed ring too. This is thanks to how comfortable Erika made me and my partner feel, her patience in answering all our questions, and because the total cost suited our budget.

This excellent service was also reflected by the design team who was willing to tweak the design of the ring until I was 100% satisfied. I am thrilled with the beautiful ring I now wear, and the great experience I had during its purchase. Thank you!
