Ordered 4 small sapphires which arrived after about a week which I think is pretty good considering I’m in the UK and the package shipped from the US. Friendly staff at the company, Marie helped out the entire time. Package delivered by FedEx and could be tracked. The website is a joy to browse, very high quality with photos and videos of every gemstone. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend 100%.
