I browsed and admired sapphires on the Natural Sapphire Company’s site for three years before I felt ready to purchase a stone. I knew I wanted an unheated Montana sapphire, and their selection was the most comprehensive I could find. I was a little nervous making such a big purchase online, but was reassured by their return policy. I ended up ordering two loose sapphires to compare (they were both gorgeous and exactly as shown/described), and it was really easy to send back the one I didn’t want. I ending up sending the sapphire I chose back as well so it could be set in a ring, and the finished product is just beautiful. Lauren was amazing to work with and very responsive. I’m so happy I found the exact stone I wanted and the entire experience was fantastic!
