Lauren helped us with two purchases that we were hoping would be custom-made, shipped, and received before the holidays. Everything went smoothly! We enjoyed working with her and felt like every question was answered thoroughly before we made our decision. The only issue concerned a little piece of metal on the back of pierced earrings ithat slides on the post to secure it. The size they offer is too small for anyone’s fingers to safely maneuver. Ask for a larger size back to slide on posts for pierced earrings.
