Our experience with The Emerald Company was excellent. We had been looking for a new emerald for years and couldn’t find what we wanted. We found The Emerald Company online and made an appt, letting Charlotte know what kind of emerald we wanted. Charlotte made it so easy. We traveled to NYC to look at the emeralds in person. She had a selection of about 15 emeralds ready for us, all meeting our criteria. Within a couple minutes we knew we had found the one. We chose a setting and a few weeks later my new ring arrived. It’s even nicer than I had hoped for. Charlotte is excellent: knowledgeable, patient, helpful and understanding. J & B
