I ordered purple sapphire earrings and chose the setting. When I received the earrings they were beautiful but not what I was looking for. Neli helped me send them back and get the setting changed. I absolutely love them. Customer service and quality are outstanding. I’ll be buying more, especially with Néli’s help.
