I live in the UK, and was after quite a specific peach colored sapphire, which is hard to come by in the UK unless your budget is pretty big, or you are happy to settle with a small or inferior stone. After lots of research online, every lead took me to the Natural Sapphire Company. It concerned me that they were based in the U.S, but that turned out to be no problem at all. Mary from NSC sent me several 3D mock-ups of a few ring designs, and finally, I found the perfect combo within my budget. A couple weeks later I had gathered the funds to pay…but sadly the stone I had seen before had sold (Not surprised, it was gorgeous). Mary V. Whitney made every effort to find me another similar stone, and a couple days after found the most amazing piece, even better than my first choice. She gave me absolutely top service, was a lovely lady to speak to, really cared that I was happy, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable too. Made me feel safe with my ‘investment’, and I will definitely be coming back for more jewelry in the future. Highly recommended company, you get ethically sourced, well-documented stones and at a price hard to compare anywhere else in the world considering the quality. I’m well pleased! 🙂
