Mary was extraordinarily helpful and patient, and the artist’s realistic 3D renditions made the decision easy. I had drawn some very crude sketches of what I had in mind, and the artist really came through on turning the design into something beautiful. Mary also took additional pictures of two stones I was debating between and was very clear in all her communications with me.

I shopped around for several months before deciding on TNSC, and found them to be leaps and bounds ahead of the competition in all respects: the best selection, exceptional service, quick responses, diligence and patience while working with my ideas and meeting my demands, quick realistic renditions, fast production time and shipping, and fair pricing.

And HONEST. My dad made sure I had the ring appraised to make sure it was indeed unheated and high quality – he had been scammed in Las Vegas on an emerald before – and the GIA certified gemologist I went to said this unheated Ceylon sapphire from TNSC was indeed unheated and one of the best sapphires he’s seen in a while. Both the stone and the custom platinum ring were very fairly priced.

The GIA-certified gemologist was also familiar with The Natural Sapphire Company and said ‘Yes they really have quite a nice inventory of stones!’ Which was also reassuring to hear from a qualified, unbiased opinion.
