I decided to checkout The Natural Sapphire Company‘s website after hearing about it from an acquaintance. The site was very easy to negotiate and featured a lot of information on a good selection of gems. I particularly liked the clear images, videos and diagrams. I found a stone I liked, but was informed that it was out for review, along with some others, at a jeweler’s. My customer service representative, Lauren, worked very proactively to contact the jeweler and to request the return of the stone if he wasn’t going to use it. I received the stone after just a few days and am very pleased with its quality. It is exactly as it was represented on the website. I will certainly check with Natural Sapphire Company again if I need another fine gem.
