After going to several large jewelry stores in FL, we decided to try Natural Sapphire Co online as they had a larger selection of gems from which to choose and had quicker turnaround time on the ring creation. We were somewhat concerned about ordering without seeing gems but they have excellent BBB rating & zero complaints & verbally confirmed 14-day return policy so we bought our engagement ring. The ring arrived in 2 1/2 weeks and was excellently packaged & documented & the ring was beautifully. Took it to local jeweler the next morning & he verified the sapphire & diamonds. Very happy with our purchase.
