This site was wonderful to work with. It was easy to browse and filter for what I wanted. They promptly (1-3 days) provided multiple digital mock-ups of the ring over the course of a week. Email communication with Sam was helpful, and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase. When I did, I was thrilled with the end result. The delivery estimate was 2-4 weeks; the ring halfway through week 3. I could wish for a wider selection of ring settings, but I found something good. I would gladly work with The Natural Sapphire Company again.
