We knew we wanted a sapphire but we didn’t know where to begin. The second we booked our appointment at The Natural Sapphire Company and we met Lauren who greeted us with the biggest, most genuine smile- we knew we had made the right choice and had met “our match.”
Lauren listened so carefully and patiently to our thoughts and ideas. She asked the right questions to help guide us and lead us in the right direction so we could nail down exactly what it was that we wanted. Plus, we had a lot of fun and laughs with her while figuring it all out!
Her communication from the get-go was consistent. Knowing we could trust her with our vision and budget took a tremendous weight off of us and allowed what could have been a stressful process, to go smoothly.
We couldn’t be more thrilled with how gorgeous the ring turned out but Lauren made our experience so special and memorable and we cannot thank her enough. We feel incredibly lucky to have met her, worked with her, and have had her be part of such an exciting time in our lives!
